Saber, in partnership with PCD Development, acquired a 13.3-acre multi-family development site at West Fort Lee Road in the Township of Bogota, N.J., on the eastern banks of the Hackensack River. Construction of the 421-unit luxury rental community on a beautiful riverfront setting includes first-class amenities, a luxurious clubhouse and outdoor heated pool along a river-front walkway. The development was completed and reached stabilization in 2023.
